Happy National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week to the Waco Dispatchers

Every day your Waco Police Officers put their uniforms on to serve and protect the community we serve. Serving our community is a team effort between all emergency responders, and that starts with our dedicated dispatchers.

As we wrap up the end of National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, dispatchers are not only the first link in our emergency responder chain but also our lifeline. When your police officers need information or additional help, we rely on the voices on the other side of the radio. We truly appreciate their hard work and dedication to our police officers and the Waco community.

As a small token of our appreciation, we presented our dispatchers with a plaque and dropped off some delicious goodies. But most importantly, we want to thank you for everything you do.
